RENTAL INFORMATION:

WHAT IS PROVIDED - Bed linens and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels). Bath soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, and dish soap are also provided. The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances, utensils and cookware, microwave & dishwasher.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A deposit to secure the reservation is 1/2 of the total rental amount. The deposit must be received within 4 days of making the reservation. The balance, cleaning fee and security deposit are paid prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS - Summer and Holiday balances are due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival require full forfeiture of rental amount. All cancellations will be charged a $25 fee. There is no refund for early departure.

SECURITY DEPOSIT - A security deposit of $200.00 is required. The deposit is fully refundable within 30 business days of departure, providing there is no damage, inventory missing, undeclared pets, or excessive cleaning required in the home after departure.

CHECK-IN TIME - Check in time is 3:00 p.m.

PETS - We welcome well-behaved pets, but because even the most well-behaved pets require additional cleaning and increases the potential for damage, we charge $50 per pet, per stay (up to 2 pets only please).

PARKING - 2-3 Vehicles are allowed in the side driveway. Please do not park in the very front.

OCCUPANCY - There is a maximum of 14 people. Maximum occupancy rules, which include children, will be enforced. If you exceed the allowed number of occupants for the home, you will be asked to leave and you will be liable for any additional charges.
